What does F.A.Q. mean?
Welcome to the internet! F.A.Q. stands for Frequently Asked Questions. It's a way for us to read your mind and answer your questions before you can even ask them.


How do you do that?
Magic! (and years of practice) Brian works with Adobe Photoshop and a Wacom (Graphire 2 over 13 years old) tablet on a Mac. He used to do pencil and ink traditionally, and developed his style using Prismacolor markers. Then he graduated to scanning his pencil and ink work into the computer to do digital coloring. Now every step of the process is done on the computer. You can get a few different looks at the process here:

I ordered from your store. When do I get my stuff?
Soon! We ship in batches on Wednesdays and Saturdays. We use USPS First Class or 2-Day Priority Mail for orders within the United States and First Class International for everything else.


Can I combine shipping on prints and t-shirts?
Sorry but all print orders are fulfilled and shipped by in house. All t-shirts are printed and shipped by TeePublic.com, we just provide the designs. Any and all questions regarding your t-shirt order should be directed to their customer support.


What are the prints printed on?
All Large, Small and Mini prints are printed on 80# gloss cover stock. X-Large prints are printed on a 1-sided glossy coated stock. Metallic prints are printed on a special stock of paper sprinkled in pixie dust to make them sparkle.


Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Unfortunately, the site that hosts our store isn't enabled for international shipping. So if you are an international customer, you will need to use the email form below to give us your order and we will send you a bill via Paypal.


What is your return policy?
We only accept the return of Jedis and Kings. Kidding! If you have a problem with your print order, please contact us immediately. If your print order is damaged, please provide photos of the damages. We will send replacements for damaged prints free of charge to you. Any and all questions regarding your t-shirt order should be directed to TeePublic's customer support. Clearance items are non-refundable.


Do you take private commissions?
You are more than welcome to contact us but it is very unlikely we will be able to accept commissions. Between a full convention schedule, working on Brian's book, The Circle, and life in general, his schedule just doesn't allow for commissions.
